Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Clinical Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role involves working on multiple clinical projects simultaneously, where you will lead and contribute to data analysis, SAS programming, and the creation of clinical data deliverables. The position requires both strong technical skills and a deep understanding of the clinical development process to ensure data quality in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Data Analysis:
Generate efficacy and safety tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) using SAS.
Develop and maintain derived data specifications and datasets in alignment with study protocols.
Independently work from the Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) with minimal guidance from the Biostatistician.
SAS Programming:
Create and validate SAS macros (utilities) for efficient data processing and reporting.
Ensure adherence to internal standards, timelines, and regulatory requirements in all programming activities.
Project & Team Management:
Manage and prioritize multiple projects while ensuring delivery of high-quality outputs within project timelines.
Lead a team and coordinate project-related tasks efficiently to meet client expectations.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
2.5 to 3 years of experience as a Clinical Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong SAS programming skills; SAS Certification is highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of clinical development processes and real-world medicine.
Ability to manage the challenges of working in a regulatory-compliant and data-sensitive environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Estimated Salary: ₹6 LPA – ₹10 LPA (depending on experience and skills)
