About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Content Specialist with a strong medical or laboratory background to lead the standardization and validation of our Diagnostics (Dx) catalogue. This initial phase focuses on ensuring clinical accuracy, patient clarity, and structured content. Upon successful completion, the role will expand to include our Online Medicine Delivery (Rx) listings, covering drug information, indications, side effects, and SKU-level mapping.

This role operates at the intersection of clinical content accuracy, platform operations, and governance, requiring close collaboration with Product, Technology, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1 – Diagnostics Catalogue Curation

  • Audit the current diagnostics catalogue to identify inaccuracies, outdated data, or inconsistent mappings.

  • Refine test names, descriptions, specimen types, reference ranges, and patient instructions for clarity and clinical accuracy.

  • Incorporate new diagnostic vendor data with structured, medically verified content.

  • Maintain a complete audit trail of updates and corrections.

  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to operationalize curated listings.

  • Develop SOPs for validation and ongoing maintenance of the diagnostics catalogue.

Phase 2 – Drug Catalogue Curation (Online Medicine Delivery)

  • Audit and correct existing medicine listings, ensuring accuracy in drug descriptions, indications, dosages, and side effects.

  • Verify SKU-level information, including images, packaging details, and product ID mappings.

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between drug listings and internal databases.

  • Maintain auditable documentation of all changes for quality control.

  • Work closely with Tech teams to ensure smooth synchronization between backend data and patient-facing views.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Clinical or allied health qualification (MBBS, BSc Medical Laboratory Technology, Biomedical Science, or equivalent).

  • Strong understanding of diagnostic tests, specimen types, medical terminology, and patient-facing content requirements.

  • Familiarity with prescription medicines, drug classifications, and side-effect profiles.

  • Experience managing or validating diagnostic or drug catalogues in healthcare platforms or e-pharmacy settings.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to simplify complex medical information.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and structured documentation systems.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Product, Tech, and Operations teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in clinical content or data curation for healthcare or e-pharmacy platforms.

  • Knowledge of diagnostic coding systems (LOINC, CPT) or drug databases (WHO-ATC, RxNorm).

  • Understanding of QA, version control, and audit processes for medical data.

Success Metrics

  • 100% of diagnostic listings reviewed, corrected, and fully documented.

  • Accurate, clear, and patient-friendly content across all diagnostic and drug listings.

  • Effective collaboration with Product and Tech teams to ensure seamless content deployment.

  • Preparedness to take ownership of Phase 2 – Drug Listings following successful diagnostics curation.

  • Implementation of a robust, ongoing maintenance process for both Diagnostics and Drug catalogues.
