Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sale and Post-Sale Support:
    Serve as a Clinical Solutions Consultant alongside the Critical Care sales team, providing product demonstrations and clinical trial support before the sale. Post-sale, offer installation, training, and customer service to meet sales objectives and align with organizational goals.

  • Clinical Strategy Collaboration:
    Work with Product Managers to develop clinical strategies, including Continuous Medical Education (CME) programs for key customers, clinical assessments, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful market execution.

  • Sales Process Leadership:
    Lead the sales process with technical and clinical expertise by demonstrating the full range of product features, uses, capabilities, and benefits to customers.

  • Support to Sales and Account Management:
    Act as a clinical resource for sales and account management teams by providing up-to-date educational and in-service materials.

  • Market Intelligence and Leads Generation:
    Provide potential leads for new products, opportunities, and customers uncovered during product demonstrations, evaluations, and training.

  • Professional Event Support:
    Represent the company at trade shows and conferences by performing product demonstrations and promoting the brand, along with customer training sessions.

  • Sales and Marketing Assistance:
    Use market and product knowledge to assist the sales team in developing effective sales, marketing, and customer service strategies.

  • Customer Feedback and Product Improvement:
    Provide feedback to product and marketing teams regarding reference sites, system performance, competitor products, customer feedback, and sales effectiveness.

  • Clinical Support:
    Provide clinical value addition by offering therapy upgrades for better patient safety and outcomes, resolving clinical issues, and collaborating with service engineers to address unresolved issues.

  • Telephone Support:
    Offer telephone clinical/technical support to customers as needed.

  • Relationship Building:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and effectively manage their queries.

  • Ongoing Education:
    Keep up to date with medical knowledge in CRRT/RCA/Heart & Lung fields and create training programs for both external and internal customers.

  • Sales Team Mentorship:
    Work closely with the sales team to improve their clinical skills and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong clinical expertise in critical care and related fields.
  • Experience in providing product demonstrations, training, and post-sales support.
  • Ability to mentor and train sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
