EyeCare Partners, the nation’s leading provider of clinically integrated eye care, is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to lead and develop a patient-focused team. This position involves overseeing daily clinic operations, driving efficiency & profitability, and ensuring a world-class patient experience.
✔️ Oversee day-to-day operations: Scheduling, inventory, employee training, and reporting
✔️ Guide team on optical equipment, medical chart handling, insurance & billing
✔️ Compile operational reports to identify focus areas for improvement
✔️ Coach & develop employees to ensure high performance and team success
✔️ Build action plans to enhance clinic efficiency and profitability
✔️ Collaborate with HR & Clinical Management on recruitment and employee relations
✔️ Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
✔️ Act as liaison between employees, management & corporate leadership
✔️ Motivate and communicate changes in a constructive, positive way
✅ 2+ years of optical management or industry-related experience
✅ Strong leadership & coaching abilities
✅ Reliable transportation for travel to multiple locations as needed
✅ Ability to work weekends & flexible hours as required
✅ Strong team orientation & patient focus
✅ Commitment to working 40+ hours per week to meet clinic needs
