Job Description:

Are you passionate about driving strategic projects and excelling in cross-functional collaboration and project management? Novo Nordisk is looking for a dedicated Business Partner to join our Medical Affairs SOE team in Bangalore. This role offers you the opportunity to contribute to life-changing projects and drive strategic initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry.

As a Business Partner, you will:

  • Lead key GMA core processes, including project budget responsibility, Strategic Medical Product Plan development, and strategy processes.
  • Plan and manage Core Medical Team (CMT) and GMA Project Team meetings.
  • Execute strategic and life-cycle dependent projects in alignment with the Manager – Medical Excellence and Head of GMA Business Partner Team.
  • Identify best practices and key learnings across the organization before project initiation.
  • Align processes with stakeholders to ensure cross-functional collaboration and project endorsement.
  • Oversee product transition activities between GMA-DK and GMA-BLR.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with affiliates, Regional Offices, and both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

  • Master's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in cross-functional project management, business development, or consulting within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in Medical Affairs or a strong understanding of its role is preferred.
  • Strong passion for project management and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to bridge science and business in pharma.
  • Well-organized, strategic, and process-oriented, ensuring effective project execution.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and teams.
  • Budget management expertise, ensuring financial oversight of projects.
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple projects independently while working within teams.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and execution of concurrent projects.
