About the Job:
Join our Clinical Statistics Team at Sanofi in Hyderabad as a Biostatistician and be part of an innovative global healthcare company dedicated to improving lives through science. In this role, you'll support early and late-phase studies under the supervision of a statistical team leader.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all statistical deliverables related to assigned studies, including protocol sections, sample size calculations, randomization specifications, and statistical methodology.
  • Conduct statistical analyses according to the Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) and prepare insights for clinical study reports (CSR) and publications to ensure statistical integrity.
  • Perform exploratory and ad-hoc analyses relevant to study objectives.
  • Contribute to defining and reviewing deliverables related to Transparency and Disclosure.
  • Collaborate with the programming team to document and review derived variables and quality control plans.
  • Oversee the production of statistical analyses and examine data distributions/properties.

About You:

Experience:

  • 1+ years in the pharmaceutical or related industry, focusing on clinical trials.

Education:

  • MS or PhD in Statistics or relevant fields.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of basic statistical concepts and techniques.
  • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical clinical development.
  • Proficiency in statistical analyses using SAS, R, and other programming languages.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
