Promea Therapeutics Pvt Ltd is focused on the manufacturing and production of biologic drugs. We are looking for a dedicated Trainee / Junior Executive to join our Biologics Production Department. In this entry-level role, you will contribute to the production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and production schedules.


Job Summary:

The Biologics Production Trainee/Junior Executive will assist in the manufacturing and production of biologic drugs, supporting various operations, following safety guidelines, and contributing to maintaining equipment and facility cleanliness. You will play a key role in ensuring the production processes are carried out effectively and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow the shift schedule and instructions as provided.
  • Timely and accurate online filling of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Handle instruments and actively participate in all unit operations.
  • Provide support during instrument installation, troubleshooting, and technical support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Control and approve visitors as required.
  • Follow up on preventive maintenance schedules for equipment.
  • Arrange batch requirements, including consumables and raw materials.
  • Clean and maintain instruments (e.g., BT pumps, peristaltic pumps, centrifuges, DF units, LAFU, vessels, and all skids) and the facility.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the respective Head of Department (HOD).
