Job Overview:
We are currently hiring a Bioanalytical Scientist to join our research team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with LCMS, HPLC, and other advanced analytical instruments, and should be capable of independently developing and validating bioanalytical methods. The role demands both technical expertise and effective team coordination to ensure high-quality, timely analytical output.


Key Responsibilities:

Method Development & Validation:

  • Develop and validate bioanalytical methods using LCMS and other sophisticated instruments in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

  • Ensure compliance with USFDA and other relevant international bioanalytical standards.

Instrument Handling:

  • Perform routine calibration and maintenance of instruments including HPLC, HPTLC, GCMS, and LCMS.

  • Demonstrate strong theoretical and practical knowledge of analytical instruments and troubleshooting techniques.

Laboratory Operations:

  • Manage the productivity of the bioanalytical group, ensuring quality and quantity benchmarks are met.

  • Monitor and enhance Turn Around Time (TAT) for analysis and reporting.

  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and uphold best practices in data integrity and documentation.

Team Collaboration:

  • Effectively coordinate with team members, providing support and guidance where necessary.

  • Ensure that communication across teams is clear, timely, and in line with project goals.


Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in bioanalytical laboratories, ideally in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting.

  • Proficient with analytical method development and regulatory guidelines (e.g., USFDA).

  • Strong hands-on experience with instruments such as HPLC, LC-MS, HPTLC, GCMS.

  • Good interpersonal, team management, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy.


Estimated Salary: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹8.5 LPA (based on location and experience)
