As an Associate – Scientific Writing, you will work at the intersection of healthcare, science, and technology, contributing to high-quality medical and promotional content that meets global regulatory and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Review promotional and medical communication materials to ensure scientific accuracy, medical rigor, balance, and compliance with global pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines

  • Develop, update, and refine scientific and medical content for various client deliverables

  • Conduct comprehensive literature searches to identify relevant and up-to-date references supporting content development

  • Track, audit, and maintain medical content assets as per project and client requirements

  • Deliver high-quality content within defined timelines while meeting client satisfaction and quality benchmarks

  • Follow established SOPs, workflows, tools, and platforms specified by the client and internal teams

  • Adhere to best practices related to language, grammar, referencing, summarization, and scientific integrity

  • Participate in internal training programs and assigned learning initiatives

  • Support client interactions and participate in client calls when required

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, confidentiality, data security, and organizational policies


Required Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • MD, MDS, PhD, Post-Doctoral qualification, or

  • MBBS with relevant pharmaceutical or medical communications experience

Experience:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in medical review, scientific writing, or medical communications

  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical companies, healthcare agencies, or life sciences organizations preferred


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts

  • Ability to interpret and summarize complex clinical data

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Passion for scientific and medical writing

  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to manage timelines and deliver under deadlines

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Client-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
