As an **Associate Manager – EU REACH Compliance**, you will lead **regulatory affairs, compliance strategies, and team development**, ensuring our products meet **EU REACH and global regulatory standards**.  

### **Your Role**  
- **Regulatory Compliance & Strategy**  
  - Ensure **100% adherence** to **country-specific compliance regulations**.  
  - Evaluate and implement **regulatory changes** to maintain compliance.  
  - Facilitate **knowledge transfer** in **regulatory affairs** to align with business needs.  
- **Data Management & Process Improvement**  
  - Establish and **track KPIs** for the **Regulatory Affairs team**.  
  - Approve **SOPs and process changes** related to compliance.  
  - Drive **process improvement initiatives** and cross-functional collaboration.  
- **Team Leadership & Development**  
  - **Manage, mentor, and motivate** the **regulatory team** to maintain high performance.  
  - Foster **a collaborative work environment** and **strategic business expansion**.  
  - Lead **organizational change management initiatives** for seamless transitions.  
  - Coach and **develop leadership capabilities within the team**.  
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**  
  - Act as a **liaison** between **global regulatory teams and local organizations**.  
  - Represent the organization in **internal and external regulatory discussions**.  

### **What You’ll Need**  
- **Education:**  
  - **Master’s degree or PhD** in **Natural Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field**.  
- **Experience:**  
  - **8–12 years** in **Regulatory Affairs**, with **leadership experience**.  
- **Skills:**  
  - Strong knowledge of **EU REACH regulations, GHS, and compliance frameworks**.  
  - **Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills**.  
  - Experience with **regulatory submission software and data management systems**.  

### **Preferred Qualifications**  
- Experience with **global chemical regulatory frameworks**.  
- Certification in **Regulatory Affairs or REACH Compliance**.
