Overview

We are seeking an Associate Learning and Development Partner to join our IP360 Training Team in Noida. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the growth and upskilling of a dynamic team of Intellectual Property professionals, including trainers and e-learning developers, reporting to the Associate Director of Service Operations.

The ideal candidate will combine expertise in patents and trademarks with a passion for learning and development, enabling IP teams to enhance their skills in both national and international IP systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training, mentoring, and coaching sessions for IP professionals, focusing on patents, trademarks, and IP prosecution.

  • Collaborate with the team to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning plans for continuous professional growth.

  • Support instructional design initiatives, including the development of e-learning modules and training materials.

  • Facilitate Train-the-Trainer programs to enhance the capabilities of internal IP trainers.

  • Provide guidance on IP management systems such as Foundation IP, IP Manager, Anaqua, or IP Folio.

  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, recommending improvements to enhance learning outcomes.

  • Assist in delivering sessions across India and occasionally US working hours when required.


Qualifications and Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • 2–3 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 1 year in a role supporting IP or legal professionals.

  • Strong knowledge of national, regional, and international patent and trademark systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and mentoring diverse teams.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience with IP management systems (Foundation IP, IP Manager, Anaqua, IP Folio).

  • Instructional design, e-learning development, or Train-the-Trainer certification.

  • Understanding of IP workflow processes, prosecution, and portfolio management.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


About the Team

The IP360 global training team enables IP professionals in Noida, the US, and Belgrade, Serbia, by delivering comprehensive training programs in patents and trademarks. The team consists of highly experienced IP trainers with an average of 12 years of expertise.


Work Schedule

  • Standard working hours in India; occasional US hours for training delivery.

  • On-site presence in Noida is required.
