🧭 Position Overview
At Baxter, your work directly contributes to saving and sustaining lives. As an Associate in IPQA, you will play a vital role in ensuring product quality by performing in-process checks and monitoring GMP compliance at various stages of manufacturing and packaging.
You’ll be part of a collaborative Quality team that influences every part of the product lifecycle, offering opportunities to grow and make a daily impact.
🎯 Key Responsibilities (General expectation based on typical IPQA roles)
