As an Associate Imaging Research Specialist, you will support critical research operations and contribute to high-quality clinical development outcomes across global projects.

Role Overview

This position supports portfolio management, database administration, quality assurance, knowledge management, and customer service functions within imaging research operations. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.


Key Responsibilities

Portfolio, Programme & Project Support

  • Assist in the compilation of portfolio, programme, and project management reports.

  • Maintain project documentation using accurate actual and forecast data.

Database Administration

  • Support routine database maintenance and related activities.

Assurance & Compliance

  • Contribute to audit preparation, evidence collection, and compliance reviews.

  • Verify records for quality control activities and adherence to organizational standards.

  • Identify instances of non-compliance or abnormal occurrences.

Knowledge Management

  • Maintain and update the knowledge management database.

  • Classify and capture content, seeking expert guidance when necessary.

Customer Service Support

  • Respond to standard service requests with timely and accurate information.

  • Escalate unresolved requests and maintain clear documentation.

  • Inform users about processes and actions taken.

Additional Duties

  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned in alignment with departmental needs.


Required Skills

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and work with attention to detail.

  • Capability to operate effectively in fast-paced and time-sensitive settings.

Knowledge and Experience Requirements

  • Experience using tools to communicate progress to stakeholders.

  • Experience working in regulated environments.

  • Familiarity with life sciences, imaging research, or clinical research operations.

  • Professional Experience Required:

    • Solid experience in the same or a closely related role within life sciences, healthcare, CRO, imaging, or clinical research domains.


Education Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Radiology, or a related discipline.

  • Fluency in English is required.
