Job Overview
Clarivate is seeking a motivated Associate Healthcare Research & Data Analyst to join the Life Sciences and Healthcare Products business group in Noida, India. This role offers an opportunity to work within the Biopharma Insights team, a dynamic group of professionals specializing in pharmaceutical market research, competitive intelligence, and data-driven insights.

The selected candidate will contribute to research and analytical projects that support strategic decision-making for global pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, domain knowledge in life sciences, and the ability to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct primary and secondary market research to support pharmaceutical and healthcare industry projects.

Analyze and interpret complex clinical, commercial, and market datasets to identify trends, evaluate market dynamics, and assess commercial opportunities.

Develop evidence-based insights and translate therapeutic area expertise into meaningful research outputs for clients.

Design and implement primary research studies including survey questionnaires and data collection from healthcare professionals and subject matter experts.

Prepare structured research reports and presentations that communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Support market forecasting activities and competitive intelligence analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute research projects and meet client requirements.

Manage assigned research projects while ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to timelines.

Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Management, or a related discipline.

Experience Required
Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in pharmaceutical market research, biopharma analytics, healthcare consulting, or financial analysis within the healthcare sector. Experience working with international stakeholders or global markets is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
PhD in Pharmacy or Life Sciences is considered an advantage.

Experience working with global pharmaceutical industry research projects.

Required Skills and Competencies
Strong knowledge of at least one therapeutic area.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret complex healthcare data.

Proficiency in market research methodologies including primary and secondary research.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Attention to detail and the ability to present insights clearly and objectively.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.

Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Work Schedule
Full-time position with a standard schedule of 40 hours per week.
