About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Analyst to join the Provider Research Team in Bengaluru, India.

In this role, you will contribute to producing custom and syndicated market research for the U.S. provider industry, with a focus on the healthcare revenue cycle. The role requires clear and objective communication, strong organizational skills, and the initiative to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.

This is ideal for candidates with experience in writing or research and an interest in growing their career in healthcare market insights.


Key Responsibilities

Primary and Secondary Research

  • Research trends within the provider industry, including changing regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct polls, surveys, and first-person interviews with hospital leaders and industry experts.

  • Perform secondary research to uncover literature, perspectives, and key insights relevant to the provider-client base.

Written Analysis

  • Gather, prioritize, and review information to produce qualitative and quantitative analysis for U.S. hospitals and health systems.

  • Synthesize research and data to determine implications for healthcare providers and patient experience.

  • Draft well-organized articles, reports, presentations, and compose emails on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Client Support

  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and deliver targeted information and solutions.

  • Conduct custom research on behalf of clients and keep them informed of progress.


About You

Required Skills & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Hospital Management/Administration, Healthcare Management/Administration, or Public Health.

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in research, writing, or market research.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Strong command of English (verbal and written).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with limited oversight.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare revenue cycle.

  • Undergraduate degree in a healthcare field.

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Comfortable working individually and as part of a team.

  • Highly self-motivated with strong initiative.

  • Curiosity for understanding complex questions and applying market research insights.

  • Team members are located in both India and the U.S.

  • Focuses on healthcare business insights for providers at all organizational levels.


Working Hours

  • Hybrid work mode (Monday – Friday)

  • 12 PM – 9 PM IST
