Overview

Clarivate is seeking a motivated Associate Healthcare Research & Data Analyst to join the Provider Research team in Bengaluru, India. This role supports the development of custom and syndicated market research focused on the U.S. provider segment, with an emphasis on healthcare revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

Research and Analysis

  • Conduct primary and secondary research on emerging trends across the U.S. healthcare provider industry, including regulatory developments.

  • Execute surveys, polls, and interviews with hospital leaders and industry experts to gather first-hand insights.

  • Perform comprehensive literature reviews and collect relevant market intelligence to analyze trends impacting healthcare organizations.

  • Evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to develop clear, evidence-based insights for hospitals and health systems.

  • Synthesize research findings into actionable implications for provider operations and patient care outcomes.

Reporting and Content Development

  • Draft structured, well-researched articles, reports, presentations, and briefs for healthcare stakeholders.

  • Prepare concise written deliverables, summaries, and communications highlighting key market shifts, regulatory changes, and industry benchmarks.

  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and objectivity in all written outputs.

Client Engagement

  • Engage regularly with clients to understand research expectations and deliver targeted, relevant insights.

  • Conduct custom research requests and maintain consistent communication on project progress.

  • Utilize client feedback to refine research quality and enhance deliverable relevance.


Required Qualifications

Education

  • Master’s degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related healthcare discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in research, writing, or market analysis.

  • At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments with limited supervision.

Skills

  • Strong command of English (grammar, spelling, and professional writing).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex information accurately.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare or revenue cycle domain.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field.

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in research or analysis.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong curiosity and interest in analyzing complex healthcare questions and translating insights into meaningful conclusions.


About the Team

This role is part of the Healthcare Business Insights research group, supporting leaders at more than 1,900 hospitals and healthcare systems across the United States. The team operates across India and the U.S., delivering strategic intelligence to healthcare supervisors, managers, and executives.


Work Schedule

  • Hybrid (Monday to Friday)

  • Working hours: 12 PM to 9 PM IST
