Job Summary

Clarivate is seeking a highly motivated Associate Analyst to join its Provider Research Team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will contribute to custom and syndicated market research for the U.S. provider industry, focusing on healthcare revenue cycle management. The position requires strong research, writing, and analytical skills to produce high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities

Primary & Secondary Research

  • Conduct research on evolving trends within the U.S. provider industry, including regulatory and policy developments.

  • Perform polls, surveys, and interviews with hospital leaders and industry experts to gather insights.

  • Undertake secondary research to identify literature, perspectives, and market data relevant to healthcare providers.

  • Provide expert commentary and analysis on market trends impacting hospitals and healthcare systems.

Written Analysis

  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research findings to generate actionable insights for clients.

  • Draft well-structured articles, reports, and presentations on key healthcare and revenue cycle topics.

  • Translate data and research into clear, concise, and insightful narratives for healthcare executives.

  • Review and prioritize information to ensure accuracy, objectivity, and clarity in all written deliverables.

Client Support

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and deliver targeted research solutions.

  • Conduct custom research projects tailored to client-specific needs.

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and integrate feedback to enhance report quality and value.


Education, Experience, and Skills

Required:

  • Master’s degree in Hospital Management/Administration, Healthcare Management/Administration, or Public Health.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in research, writing, or market research.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Excellent English communication skills (grammar, clarity, and structure).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Preferred:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare or revenue cycle management.

  • Undergraduate degree in a healthcare-related field.

  • Up to 3 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and a strong sense of accountability.

  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

The Healthcare Business Insights Research Team supports 1,900+ hospitals and healthcare systems across the U.S., engaging with leaders from supervisor to executive levels. The team operates across the U.S. and India, delivering high-quality market intelligence and insights to healthcare organizations.


Work Schedule

  • Work Mode: Hybrid (Monday to Friday)

  • Work Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST
