Role Overview
As an Associate Expert Scientific Writer – HEVA, you will play a key role in health economics and value assessment communication. You will create, manage, and deliver high-quality scientific content to support clinical, HEVA, and commercial teams, enabling optimal access and reimbursement decisions.
This position is open to fresher candidates with a strong foundation in life sciences, pharmacy, or healthcare-related disciplines, eager to build a career in scientific writing and HEVA communications.
Key Responsibilities
Scientific Writing & HEVA Communication
Develop HEVA communication deliverables including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and slide decks aligned with global HEVA strategies.
Support execution of HEVA communication plans integrating clinical and health economic evidence for product value demonstration.
Maintain Core Value Dossiers and Decks, ensuring updated synthesis of HEVA evidence for key products.
Ensure adherence to publication SOPs and compliance expectations.
Innovate HEVA communications to enhance relevance and impact.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Liaise with HEVA, RWE, and scientific communication teams globally and locally.
Support senior and junior writers by providing guidance, reviewing content, and coaching.
Interact with healthcare professionals to ensure scientific accuracy and clarity of publications.
Process & Performance Management
Manage end-to-end publication processes using iEnvision (previously Datavision/Matrix).
Assist in publication-needs analysis for assigned therapeutic areas.
Track timelines, deliverables, and project priorities to meet quality and compliance standards.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of content.
Candidate Profile
Education:
Advanced degree (MSc, MPharm, or equivalent) in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, or a related discipline.
Skills & Competencies:
Understanding of health economics, epidemiology, or related healthcare domains.
Knowledge of Good Publication Practice (GPP) and scientific publication submission processes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
