Role Summary:
As Associate Director of Medical Strategy for Schizophrenia, you will shape and execute medical plans in alignment with disease area and product strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with thought leaders, and integrate medical perspectives into commercialization efforts. Reporting to the Executive Director of WW Medical Neuropsychiatry Strategy, this role includes strategic planning, clinical research support, and internal and external stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and execution of medical plans in alignment with product and disease strategies.
  • Collaborate across teams, including marketing, research, regulatory affairs, and HEOR.
  • Engage with neuropsychiatry thought leaders to derive actionable insights.
  • Support clinical research activities, competitive intelligence, and publication development.
  • Act as a medical expert, guiding communication tools and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure alignment between medical and commercial strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Advanced degree (PhD, MD, DO, NP, PA, PharmD, or equivalent).
  • Experience: 5+ years in life sciences or biopharmaceuticals; psychiatry/neurology experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, project management, analytical thinking, and strong communication.
  • Travel: Ability to travel globally as needed.
