About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong quantitative background to join our team. The role involves contributing to data science projects while ensuring adherence to GxP principles and computer systems validation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or contribute to Data Science projects.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including business, IT, and quality teams.
Apply technical skills in R, RShiny, Python, and other scientific open-source software.
Utilize RStudio/Posit products (e.g., RStudio/Posit Workbench, RStudio/Posit Connect) for project execution.
Ensure compliance with general GxP and computer systems validation principles.
Understand and optimize interactions between technical and business processes.
Maintain a systematic approach with strong attention to detail.
Exhibit a solution-oriented mindset in problem-solving.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing (English).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
Experience leading Data Science projects is a plus.
Strong knowledge of R, RShiny, Python, and scientific open-source software.
Familiarity with RStudio/Posit products is preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
