Job Overview

Syngene is hiring an experienced Associate Director – Marketing to lead enterprise-level content strategy while driving marketing initiatives for the Translational & Clinical Research (T&CR) business unit.

The selected candidate will own Syngene’s unified content strategy across multiple business verticals including discovery, development, manufacturing, and clinical services. Additionally, this role will directly manage T&CR business marketing, transforming complex scientific and clinical capabilities into customer-focused, commercially impactful marketing content.

This position is ideal for senior marketing professionals with expertise in life sciences content strategy, scientific communications, clinical research marketing, and demand generation.
