Job Title: Associate Director – HHDDA Operational Excellence, Hub Operations Lead
 

Job Description:

Within our Digital, Analytics, and Data organization, we are transforming to better power decision-making across our end-to-end commercialization process, from business development to late lifecycle management. We are seeking a dynamic talent to serve as Human Health Digital, Data, and Analytics (HHDDA) Hub Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Hub operational excellence team and functional capability leads to ensure the hub aligns with the overarching hub strategy and operating principles.

  • Work with Capability Leaders and/or People Managers to assess and address talent acquisition and management needs.

  • Co-create standards and processes while ensuring visibility and access to these mechanisms.

  • Conduct regular operational reviews to provide updates on hub health.

  • Promote HHDDA to external audiences and engage with local academia, participating in relevant Data & Analytics conferences to attract talent and build a brand.

  • Identify and summarize site-level themes for Hub and HHDDA leadership to ensure current state awareness and address opportunities and challenges in real-time.

  • Liaise with local points of contact for enabling functions such as Facility, IT, HR, Compliance, Legal, etc., to ensure smooth hub operations.

  • Implement and monitor onboarding experiences for effectiveness and improvements.

  • Develop strategic presentations and roadmaps as needed, providing insights to the leadership team.

  • Establish and monitor site-level KPIs aligned with the hub’s strategic objectives.

  • Enable operational excellence while managing the financial requirements of the hub.

  • Maintain a forward-looking view to advance transformation and execute the operating model effectively.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with experience in data and analytics business & portfolio operations (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • 12+ years of experience delivering complex Agile programs and leading operational capability, with expertise in project or program management frameworks.

  • PMI Certification or equivalent experience.

  • SAFe, Scrum, and Six Sigma certification or relevant experience.

  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to synthesize program status, risks, and interdependencies.

  • Budget/finance experience with quantitative insight generation.

  • Proven ability to provide solutions, anticipate challenges, and be proactive.
