The Associate Director – Foundry Solution Architecture will combine deep technical expertise in full-stack development with strategic architectural leadership. This role requires hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry’s Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) and the ability to design enterprise-scale solutions that integrate AI/ML capabilities across the full technology stack. You will lead AI-driven initiatives, mentor development teams, and ensure solutions align with business and technological objectives.
Full Stack Development & AI Integration
Develop end-to-end applications within Palantir Foundry using TypeScript, React, Python, and the full AIP ecosystem.
Design and execute large-scale data pipelines using Pipeline Builder, Spark, and PySpark, integrating LLM and AI capabilities via AIP Logic and AIP Assist.
Build intuitive, interactive user interfaces leveraging React, GraphQL, CSS Modules, and Palantir’s Blueprint library.
Implement AI/ML workflows from design to production, enabling generative AI, NLP, and autonomous decision-making.
Solution Architecture
Define comprehensive system architectures spanning frontend, backend, data pipelines, and AI/ML workflows.
Design enterprise-grade solutions aligning technical implementation with organizational goals and long-term scalability.
Develop solution blueprints encompassing infrastructure, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.
AI Platform Leadership
Lead generative AI implementation using Palantir AIP, including prompt engineering, LLM workflow design, and AI-driven automation.
Ensure responsible AI deployment with monitoring, governance, and compliance frameworks.
Build intelligent applications combining traditional data processing with adaptive AI capabilities.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor development teams on Foundry best practices, full-stack architecture, and AI integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
Drive architecture decisions, technology selection, and implementation strategies for enterprise-wide solutions.
Lead prototyping and proof-of-concept projects to validate and demonstrate solution value.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of solution architecture and full-stack development experience.
3+ years hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including Pipeline Builder, Ontology Management, Workshop Apps, and AIP integration.
Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Python, Spark/PySpark, and modern web technologies.
Palantir Foundry certifications (Data Engineer, Solution Architect, or Application Developer) preferred.
Expertise in AI/ML, large language models, prompt engineering, vector databases, and generative AI workflows.
Experience with AWS cloud and integrating cloud platforms with Foundry environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executives, business users, and technical teams.
Experience working in agile, distributed, and global team environments.
Lead enterprise-scale AI and full-stack solutions for global healthcare innovation.
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact analytics and data-driven decision-making.
