Your Role as a Data Management Associate

As a Data Management Associate at Biorasi, you will assist with various data management tasks under the guidance of experienced team members:

  • Data Cleaning and Query Management:

    • Perform data cleaning procedures, including maintenance and resolution of EDC (Electronic Data Capture) queries.
    • Respond to help desk requests from study sites and sponsors regarding EDC systems.
  • Develop and Maintain Data Management Plans:

    • Assist in developing data management tables, data validation plans, system validation plans, and CRF completion guidelines.
    • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for study databases.
  • Collaboration and Documentation:

    • Participate in team and sponsor meetings, taking meeting minutes and distributing them to relevant team members.
    • Assist in the preparation, collection, and archival of study-related clinical documents.
  • System Access and Vendor Management:

    • Assist in maintaining user access to study systems, ensuring compliance with 21 CFR 11.
    • Support data management activities with vendors as assigned.
  • Reports and Assistance:

    • Assist in preparing and compiling data management reports as required.
    • Provide general data management support to the project management team as needed.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a scientific or IT-related field. An advanced degree or diploma is preferred.
  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in data management, database administration, or a clinical research or equivalent role (training provided).
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
