Job Overview
IQVIA is seeking an Associate Consultant to support consulting engagements across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. This role involves contributing to the development of strategic solutions for client projects, including service delivery initiatives, technology implementation, and managed services programs.

The Associate Consultant will work closely with project teams and senior consultants to analyze business challenges, conduct market research, and develop data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. The position also provides opportunities to participate in client workshops, presentations, and proposal development while building expertise in healthcare consulting methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Consulting and Project Delivery

  • Contribute to consulting projects by performing data analysis, problem-solving, and solution development for clients in the healthcare and life sciences industry.

  • Support the design and development of technology and business solutions aligned with client needs and project objectives.

  • Assist in developing modules, low-level designs, and project deliverables while ensuring adherence to technical quality standards.

Market Research and Business Analysis

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client business requirements.

  • Analyze healthcare market data and translate findings into actionable insights and product or service requirements.

  • Support the development of product specifications, implementation timelines, and strategic launch plans.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support product development and consulting initiatives.

  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations under the guidance of senior consultants and project leaders.

  • Manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of consulting solutions.

Strategic Insight and Solution Development

  • Apply business and industry knowledge to evaluate client challenges and identify potential strategic solutions.

  • Assist in developing presentations, reports, and recommendations for client leadership teams.

  • Support proposal development and contribute to new business opportunities.

Learning and Professional Development

  • Build expertise in healthcare consulting methodologies, pharmaceutical industry dynamics, and market analytics.

  • Participate in formal training programs and on-the-job learning opportunities to strengthen consulting skills.
