Job Overview
IQVIA is seeking an Associate Consultant to support consulting projects for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. The role involves contributing to the development of technology solutions, conducting market research, analyzing healthcare trends, and supporting strategic consulting engagements. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and solutions that help life sciences companies improve commercial strategies and healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Consulting & Strategy Support
Assist in designing and developing technology and business solutions for healthcare clients.
Analyze client business needs and contribute to product or service specifications.
Identify strategic alternatives and recommendations for client challenges.
2. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to understand healthcare industry trends and client requirements.
Generate insights and product requirements based on business and market data.
Support the development of integrated plans for product launches and commercialization.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across different functions.
Support cross-functional teams involved in product development and strategy implementation.
4. Client Engagement
Prepare reports, presentations, and workshop materials for client meetings.
Participate in client discussions and assist in delivering consulting recommendations.
Support proposal development and business development initiatives.
5. Learning & Professional Development
Develop knowledge of consulting methodologies and healthcare industry dynamics.
Participate in training programs and learning opportunities within IQVIA.
Contribute to team initiatives such as recruitment and knowledge sharing.
