Position Overview:
The Associate Consultant - FMSO position is part of the Field Medical Strategy & Operations (FMSO) team, focused on maximizing the impact of Lilly’s Field Medical community through standardized tools, innovation, and global processes. The role aims to operationalize business unit medical affairs strategy through the expanding Field Medical India team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executional Excellence:

    • Medical Engagement Planning (MEP) process owner.
    • Manage HCP/HCO data input, processing, and outputs for MEP.
    • Oversee field medical insights generation and reporting/dashboarding.
    • Manage field medical data analysis (HCP/KOL/Publication/Clinical Trial/Patient Data).
  • Platforms:

    • Platform configuration and integration using SQL, FlowBuilder, ZAIDYN, mCRM/VEEVA, AWS/Redshift, Python/PySpark.
    • Platform maintenance, upgrades, and technical project management.
    • Provide T3 support for escalated field queries.
  • Required Skills & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computers or Engineering).
    • 3+ years of experience in Field Medical Operations, Pharma Analytics, or Field Strategy.
    • Proficiency in SQL, FlowBuilder, mCRM/VEEVA, AWS/Redshift, Python/PySpark, and Excel.
    • Expertise in Salesforce.com or Veeva CRM systems.
    • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Additional Preferences:

  • Project leadership experience.
  • Experience working in pharmaceutical, field medical, or sales/marketing teams.
  • Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical data and business rules.
