Medtronic is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to support clinical operations, field education, and customer success across assigned business units. Position Overview

The Associate Clinical Specialist will provide on-site clinical education, support field teams, contribute to sales strategies, and serve as a technical resource for Medtronic’s medical devices and solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to clinical support, and commitment to high-quality service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

Clinical Education & Field Support

  • Deliver on-site clinical education and consulting to customers and healthcare teams.

  • Support field personnel to ensure optimal patient outcomes and exceptional customer service.

  • Work closely with Clinical Leads, Clinical Managers, and Regional Sales teams to provide case support and clinical expertise.

Sales Support & Product Awareness

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute territory sales plans.

  • Participate in medical conventions, scientific meetings, and forums to enhance product visibility.

  • Identify growth opportunities and coordinate with Sales and Clinical Support Teams for execution.

Technical Expertise

  • Serve as a technical resource for specific medical products and solutions.

  • Apply specialized knowledge to support product use, troubleshooting, and best practices.

Project and Professional Contribution

  • Contribute to small-scale projects under close supervision.

  • Utilize theoretical and practical knowledge to solve routine problems.

  • Support process improvements by suggesting incremental changes.

  • Engage in continuous self-development to enhance clinical and technical competencies.


Experience & Qualification Requirements

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent qualification meeting international standards).

  • 0 years of professional experience required (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).

APAC Region Alternative Requirement

  • High School Diploma with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong theoretical understanding of clinical practices.

  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams.

  • Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop expertise in medical devices.

  • Capacity to work collaboratively in a structured, supervised environment.
