Medtronic is seeking a dedicated Associate Clinical Specialist to support clinical education, customer engagement, and sales enablement activities within the region. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-site clinical education and consulting to healthcare professionals.

  • Support field teams to ensure optimal service outcomes for Medtronic customers.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute business unit sales strategies.

  • Participate in conferences, workshops, and meetings to enhance product visibility.

  • Work closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management, and Regional Sales teams on case support and customer interaction.

  • Identify new growth opportunities and assist in executing sales and clinical support initiatives.

  • Provide technical expertise to drive product understanding and usage.

  • Manage assigned projects from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent degree meeting international standards under 8 C.F.R. § 214.2).

  • 0–1 year of professional experience (entry-level role).

  • APAC Region Alternative:

    • High School Diploma with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

  • Broad theoretical knowledge of clinical or healthcare-related disciplines.


Physical Requirements
