About the Role

This position supports clinical excellence, customer engagement, and field operations—ensabling seamless product adoption and enhanced patient care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-site clinical education, demonstrations, and consulting based on customer needs.

  • Support field teams to ensure optimal clinical and operational outcomes for Medtronic customers.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute targeted sales plans across designated business units.

  • Participate in medical conventions, scientific forums, and professional meetings to enhance brand and product visibility.

  • Work closely with Clinical Leads, Clinical Managers, and Regional Sales Teams to support clinical cases and sales initiatives.

  • Identify new business opportunities and partner with Sales and Clinical Support teams to drive execution.

  • Serve as a technical subject matter resource for product-related queries.

  • Contribute to assigned projects by applying specialized knowledge and adhering to organizational policies.

  • Engage in continuous learning, skill development, and self-improvement as part of an early-career specialist track.

  • Autonomy: Entry-level role with close supervision; contributes to defined project tasks.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (meeting global academic equivalency standards).

  • Experience Requirement:

    • 0 years of experience required for candidates with a bachelor's degree.

    • APAC Region: High School Diploma with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Broad theoretical understanding applicable to clinical or healthcare technology fields.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to support clinical cases, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate effectively.
