About the Role

Medtronic is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role provides an exciting opportunity to support clinical education, enhance patient outcomes, and contribute to the growth of Medtronic’s innovative medical technologies. The Associate Clinical Specialist works closely with sales, clinical management, and regional teams to deliver exceptional service and support for healthcare providers.

This position is ideal for candidates with a passion for medical technology, healthcare solutions, and patient-centric care, seeking to build a career in clinical support and medical affairs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site clinical education, training, and consulting to healthcare professionals.

  • Support field personnel in delivering optimal outcomes for Medtronic customers.

  • Partner with sales teams to develop and implement business unit strategies.

  • Participate in conventions, meetings, and forums to increase product awareness and visibility.

  • Collaborate with Clinical Leads, Clinical Management, and Regional Sales teams to provide case and sales support.

  • Identify growth opportunities and assist in their execution with Sales and Clinical Support teams.

  • Serve as a technical and clinical resource for specific medical products or solutions.

  • Manage project deliverables from design through implementation while adhering to company policies.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent).

  • Experience:

    • 0 years for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree.

    • For the APAC region, candidates with a High School Diploma require 4+ years of relevant experience.

  • Broad theoretical knowledge in clinical, medical, or healthcare practices.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey clinical and technical information effectively.

  • Ability to work under supervision while taking ownership of project deliverables.


Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to support and guide internal stakeholders and field personnel.

  • Capacity to identify minor process improvements and implement practical solutions.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a clinical or medical environment.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.
