Role Summary

An entry-level role that assists and supports project deliverables and timelines under the supervision of the Manager, Clinical Programming (or designee).

Key Functions:

  • Design, write, validate, and maintain software to meet specifications

  • Assist with development, validation, and specifications of applications supporting data capture and processing


Key Responsibilities

  • Support clinical programming activities on assigned projects

  • Contribute to annotated CRFs, database builds, and validation processes

  • Perform programming tasks under close supervision

  • Ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with project standards

  • Gain exposure to industry tools and systems in a learning-focused role


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent education/experience

  • Strong interest in clinical programming and data management

  • Basic knowledge of programming or database tools (advantageous)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment
