Job Overview:

IQVIA is hiring Associate Clinical Data Coordinators for its Thane and Bangalore locations. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in Clinical Data Management and will assist in managing data-related tasks to ensure clean, high-quality deliverables aligned with sponsor expectations. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and offers exposure to a wide range of clinical research processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform or assist in data cleaning activities to ensure quality and timely data deliverables.

  • Act as a back-up for Senior Data Coordinator or Data Team Lead when needed.

  • Manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining expected quality standards.

  • Collaborate with Senior Data Manager to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.

  • Communicate with Data Management team leaders about data collection quality and task status.

  • Participate in internal meetings and sponsor/internal audits.

  • Track and manage project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as guided by the DTL.

  • Maintain compliance with training and electronic SOP (eSOP) requirements.

  • Maintain a collaborative communication approach with team members across functions.


Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience:

    • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Clinical Data Management.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Fluency in spoken and written English.

    • Proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.

    • Basic understanding of the drug development lifecycle and clinical research processes.

    • Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.

    • Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
