Job Overview:

The Associate Client Services Lead serves as the primary point of contact for assigned sponsors and studies. Under the supervision of senior Client Services team members, this role is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing payment management, ensuring sponsor satisfaction, and supporting the initiation and management of clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Study Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned sponsor(s) and associated studies.
Manage project timelines, identify/pursue change orders, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare materials and KPIs for sponsor governance meetings and participate as needed.
Function as the engagement leader throughout the clinical trial, overseeing the project team to ensure sponsor commitments and IQVIA’s service levels are met.
Prepare and execute regular client meetings, ensuring accurate and complete materials are presented.

Resource & Financial Management:

Coordinate with Site Solutions and Data Operations teams to ensure proper resource allocation and quality service delivery.
Ensure financial interests are protected by managing scope of work (SOW) diligently.
Ensure that payments do not exceed the SOW timelines and that change orders are executed and communicated accordingly.
Assist in sponsor funding preparation and completion with Site Solutions and Data Operations teams.
Monitor financial controls and ensure compliance with sponsor requirements for managing and mitigating financial risk.

Operational Excellence & Support:

Ensure that all IQVIA processes and standards are followed, maintaining SSAE 18 compliance.
Provide timely resolution of site issues raised via email or phone, ensuring a high level of support.
Monitor operational and performance metric issues, escalating when necessary.
Identify and execute process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Lead coordination efforts with Site Solutions, Data Operations, and other teams.
Provide performance review input for Site Solutions and Data Operations roles that support the sponsor.
This role may require assistance from senior leads or managers for more complex activities.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Experience as a Site Solutions Associate, Data Operations Associate, or equivalent experience preferred.
Familiarity with financial business applications preferred.
General knowledge of the Clinical Trial Industry preferred.
Project management or team leadership experience is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think independently and creatively.
