About the Role:
The Associate Healthcare Research & Data Analyst will join the Life Science and Healthcare Products business group in Noida. This role is ideal for early-career professionals or postgraduates (0–2 years of experience) seeking exposure to market analysis, forecasting, and insights generation in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare industries.
The analyst will contribute to the Biopharma Insights team (approx. 100 members), reporting to the Director/Senior Director, and will be involved in primary and secondary research, data analysis, market sizing, and report writing.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis
Gather, critically analyze, and interpret clinical and commercial data from multiple sources.
Evaluate market trends, assess commercial opportunities, and contribute to market sizing and forecasting.
Translate domain/therapeutic expertise and research findings into actionable insights for syndicated reports.
Design and conduct primary research surveys and interviews with healthcare and medical experts.
Communication & Reporting
Prepare written reports and presentations to communicate insights effectively.
Ensure outputs are clear, concise, and data-driven for decision-making purposes.
Team Collaboration & Project Support
Collaborate with a global team of analysts in the biopharma and healthcare space.
Support multiple projects while adhering to quality standards and deadlines.
Engage with co-workers and stakeholders to foster strong professional relationships.
About You:
Education:
Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Management
Experience:
0–2 years in biopharma, healthcare, market research, or financial sectors
Experience working with global stakeholders is preferred
Core Skills:
In-depth knowledge of at least one therapeutic area
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent written and oral communication in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
