Job Description:
THE POSITION:
The Associate Analyst will work in a dynamic team focused on pricing data and support clients with their queries and customized reports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Excel Reports: Create and analyze pricing and competitor reports, involving data extraction, standardization, and calculations.
Research: Conduct research on pharmaceutical market legislative changes and margin structures.
Analytics: Perform various analyses, ranging from simple comparisons to more advanced analytics using the database.
Tool Management: Update and maintain pricing information in the portal.
Client Support: Provide assistance to clients (live/offline) by addressing their questions and providing customized reports.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Experience: 0 - 1 year of relevant work experience.
Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Market Research (Data Interpretation, Secondary Research, and Analysis).
Basic knowledge of SQL and Macros is a value addition.
Domain Knowledge: Knowledge in Healthcare and Pharmaceutical domains is MANDATORY.
Additional Skills:
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
Quick learner with effective time management.
Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Market Access will be an added advantage.
Qualifications:
Graduate in BPharm / M Pharm.

Additional Information:
Compensation:
EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $83,000 to $112,000 (not applicable outside the U.S.). Compensation will be based on relevant experience, job qualifications, and geographic location.
