Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Associate Analyst to join our team focused on pharmaceutical pricing data. This role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to support data reporting, research, analytics, and maintaining data accuracy within internal tools.


Key Responsibilities

📊 Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare Excel-based reports focused on pricing and competitor insights.

  • Perform data pulls, cleansing, standardization, and calculations.

  • Conduct comparative and advanced analytics using internal databases.

🔍 Research

  • Stay updated on pharmaceutical market legislation and margin structure.

  • Conduct secondary research and interpret healthcare data trends.

🛠 Tool & Portal Management

  • Update pricing information in proprietary tools/portals.

  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across databases and systems.

💬 Client Support

  • Respond to client queries related to pricing data and customized reports.

  • Participate in live/offline support to ensure client satisfaction.


Required Skills & Qualifications

🎓 Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm / MPharm)

💼 Experience

  • 0–1 year of work experience in an analytics or research role.

  • Prior exposure to healthcare/pharmaceutical domains is mandatory.

🧠 Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Understanding of market research, secondary research, and data interpretation

  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Macros is a plus

  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical market access concepts is an added advantage

🧩 Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and conceptual clarity

  • Excellent English communication—written and verbal

  • Effective time management and ability to learn quickly

  • Attention to detail and ability to work in dynamic environments


Compensation (Applicable to U.S. Roles Only)

💵 Base Salary Range (U.S. only): $83,000 – $112,000

Note: This salary information is not applicable to locations outside of the United States. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, location, and other factors.
