    Job Title: Full-Time Medical Review Specialist

    Job Overview:

    As a Medical Review Specialist, you will provide expert medical review and project management support to ensure efficient and high-quality data management products that meet customer needs. Your role will involve structured patient data review from a clinician's perspective, focusing on enhancing process efficiency and maintaining strong customer relationships.

    Essential Functions:

    • Patient Data Review: Identify and resolve patient anomalies to ensure medical congruency and protocol adherence.
    • Project Management: Provide project management expertise with minimal guidance. Collaborate with clinical study teams, key decision makers, and internal members to manage process improvements, issue escalation, and workload projections.
    • Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of compliance issues.
    • Expertise and Leadership: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead initiatives to improve task efficiency and quality of deliverables.
    • Training: Provide therapeutic area and indication training for the project clinical team.
    • Meetings: Attend Kick-Off meetings, weekly team meetings, and client meetings as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Educational Background: A medical degree (e.g., MBBS) or a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical or Biological Sciences with at least 3 years of experience in clinical practice or clinical research.
    • Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical data sciences, preferably within a CRO, pharmaceutical company, or medical environment.
    • Knowledge: Strong understanding of clinical and medical data, medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology.
    • Skills:
      • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills.
      • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
      • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple projects, and handle competing priorities.
      • Effective at establishing and maintaining relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
