Role Overview: Associate Clinical Specialist
As an Associate Clinical Specialist, you will be part of a purpose-driven team supporting clinical activities, product training, customer support, and sales enablement. This entry-level role is ideal for professionals who want to begin a long-term career in medical devices, clinical support, and healthcare innovation.
A Day in the Life: Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support & Training
Conduct on-site clinical education, demonstrations, and consulting for customers and healthcare professionals.
Provide technical and clinical assistance to field teams to enhance patient outcomes and service quality.
Sales Collaboration
Partner with sales colleagues to plan and execute sales strategies across one or more business units.
Support customer case activities and coordinate with Clinical Leads, Clinical Managers, and Regional Sales teams.
Participate in conferences, conventions, and meetings to increase product visibility and adoption.
Growth & Customer Engagement
Identify growth opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Clinical Support teams.
Serve as a technical resource to support product sales and solution offerings.
Professional Contribution
Deliver assigned project-related work with close supervision.
Apply specialized knowledge gained through education to solve basic problems and support team objectives.
Contribute to project design, implementation, documentation, and process refinement.
Role Classification: Specialist Career Stream
Entry-level individual contributor working under close guidance.
Focus on self-development and contributing to small-scale or less complex tasks.
Communicates mainly within the immediate team and gathers information for task execution.
Makes minor improvements to systems or processes as needed.
Required Education & Qualifications
Global Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent international qualification meeting 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)).
No prior experience required.
APAC Region Alternative:
High School Diploma with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience.
