Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) - Delhi NCR

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) for our medicines and nutraceuticals segment. The ideal candidate will have proven work experience in a similar senior sales role in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in managing a team of Medical Representatives. This role will cover the entire Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of Medical Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Ensure the promotion and distribution of medicines and nutraceutical products within the designated area.
  • Develop sales strategies and ensure effective implementation to maximize sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide timely reports to senior management.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Maintain regular field visits to understand market dynamics and team performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as an ASM or similar senior sales role in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team of sales representatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • B.Sc (Any Specialization), B.Pharma, MBA/PGDM (Any Specialization).
