Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated AR Associate to manage day-to-day activities in denials processing, claims follow-up, and customer service. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates seeking to build a career in accounts receivable and revenue cycle management (RCM) within the healthcare sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor emails and update workflow with relevant claims information.

  • Contact insurance carriers, document actions in software and spreadsheets, and take appropriate follow-up measures.

  • Identify and escalate issues to the immediate supervisor for resolution.

  • Update production logs and maintain accurate tracking of claims.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on pending claims to achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

  • Understand client requirements and project specifications to ensure service quality.

  • Prepare and maintain status reports and other operational documentation.

  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of accounts receivable (AR), claims processing, and medical billing.

  • Ability to follow client-specific RCM processes and operational guidelines.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet productivity targets.

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to learn and grow in the healthcare outsourcing environment.


Experience & Qualifications

  • Education: Any Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience: 0–1 year in AR, medical billing, or healthcare revenue cycle operations.
