Overview
We are hiring an Analysis Technician (ECG) to join a dynamic Clinical Services team supporting remote cardiac monitoring operations. This role focuses on ECG interpretation, arrhythmia analysis, and preparation of high-quality cardiac monitoring reports using ambulatory monitoring technologies.

This position is open to both entry-level candidates and professionals with prior ECG interpretation experience. It offers strong career development opportunities in cardiac diagnostics, electrophysiology support, and digital health technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process, analyze, interpret, and edit ECG data to ensure clinical accuracy and completeness.

  • Identify arrhythmias and ECG abnormalities meeting established notification criteria.

  • Prepare comprehensive cardiac monitoring reports, including summaries and ECG strip documentation.

  • Maintain productivity and quality metrics aligned with monthly performance standards.

  • Review evaluation feedback from Internal Review Technicians and implement corrective improvements.

  • Collaborate with Electrophysiology Mentors for guidance on complex ECG interpretations.

  • Submit advanced ECG findings to expert analysis teams for confirmation when required.

  • Maintain workflow efficiency and support timely ECG reporting, including overtime as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with certification, documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Entry-level candidates accepted; 0–3 years of ECG interpretation experience preferred.

  • Must successfully complete ECG Training Course with a minimum score of 75% or pass the Pre-Employment ECG Examination prior to employment.

  • Must complete required software training upon hire.

  • Must obtain CRAT (Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician) or CCT (Certified Cardiographic Technician) certification within 12 months of hire if not already certified.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clinical accuracy.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some college coursework in healthcare or cardiovascular sciences.

  • Prior experience as a Holter, Event, or Telemetry Technician in an ambulatory cardiac monitoring setting.

  • Current CRAT or CCT certification.

  • Knowledge of cardiology and electrophysiology terminology.

  • Demonstrated arrhythmia interpretation skills.

Compensation
Base hourly range: USD $18.47 – $25.70 per hour.
Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, certification status, and geographic location.
