Position Overview:
The Alliance Manager for Lilly India will play a pivotal role in managing strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances to expand Lilly's market presence across the region. This leader will be responsible for nurturing key relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of alliance strategies, and achieving business objectives. The role involves managing quarterly governance meetings, monthly operations discussions, and ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met per the agreement.
Key responsibilities include negotiating the annual purchase target (APT), ensuring the availability of product supplies to maintain agreed inventory levels, addressing supply chain challenges, and maintaining essential documentation. The Alliance Manager will also serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring execution aligns with the playbook (Arm’s Length), supporting contract conflict resolution, and collaborating with legal and Ethics & Compliance (E&C) teams for contract enhancements. This role demands the ability to build strong relationships, handle multiple priorities, and drive strategic alignment.
