Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Executive to join our team in Mehsana. The ideal candidate will provide efficient administrative support, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and contribute to maintaining a productive work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Oversee and manage daily office activities, including scheduling, record maintenance, and supply procurement.

  • Coordination: Communicate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and operational efficiency.

  • Documentation: Handle all official correspondence, documentation, and filing tasks with accuracy.

  • Facility Management: Ensure the office premises are well-maintained and address any facility-related issues promptly.

  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, repairs, and other requirements.

  • Event Support: Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and catering arrangements.

  • HR Assistance: Provide basic support to the HR team in employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and compliance documentation.

  • Expense Management: Track and maintain office budgets and petty cash, ensuring proper financial documentation.

  • Customer Support: Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor queries courteously and professionally.


Candidate Requirements

  • Educational Background: Graduate in any discipline.

  • Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in office administration or a similar role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with email and other office tools.

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
