Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Data Management & Process Adherence:

    • Ensure 100% adherence to Insite and Prato Insta processes.
    • Update all treatments in INSTA daily with complete accuracy.
    • Book Goods Receipt Note (GRN) the same day materials are received.
    • Record daily consumption in EuCliD with 100% accuracy.
  • Cost Optimization & Resource Management:

    • Optimize the usage of consumables per treatment, electricity, and water.
    • Efficiently manage staff and patient rosters to ensure smooth operations.
    • Control repair & maintenance costs, local purchases, and petty cash expenses.
  • Reporting & Documentation:

    • Generate Management Information Reports (Consumables, Revenue, Patient Data, etc.).
    • Maintain accurate records of patient details, addresses, and contact numbers.
    • Ensure proper documentation for government schemes and claims.
  • Operational Coordination & Compliance:

    • Coordinate patient scheduling and maintain ongoing communication with patients, managers, and employees.
    • Responsible for raising indents in consultation with the Sr. Technician.
    • Ensure timely submission of invoices and follow-up for payments.
    • Work with clinical staff to maintain network uptime and complete admin-related EuCliD activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Any Graduate
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in an administrative role within the healthcare industry
  • Skills Required:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Experience in team handling
    • Accuracy in data entry & reporting
    • Proficiency in administrative processes and healthcare operations
