Reporting To: Senior Dialysis Technician/Center Manager

Overview:
The Admin Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the dialysis center, ensuring adherence to procedures, optimizing costs, managing materials, and maintaining accurate records. This role involves working closely with clinical and operational teams to support the smooth functioning of the center and ensure 100% compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adherence to Processes:
    Ensure 100% adherence to the Insite and Prato Insta processes, updating all treatments in INSTA daily with accuracy.
    Book GRN on the same day material is received, ensuring 100% accuracy.
    Record daily consumption in EuCliD with 100% accuracy.

  • Cost Optimization:
    Ensure the proper utilization of consumables per treatment, electricity, water, and proper management of patient and staff rosters.
    Optimize repair and maintenance costs, local purchases, and petty cash.

  • Reporting:
    Generate Management Information Reports, including consumable reports, daily revenue reports, and patient data.
    Track patient scheduling, and maintain reports for patients, managers, and employees.

  • Administration & Coordination:
    Maintain patient details, including addresses and contact numbers.
    Handle the indenting process in consultation with the Senior Technician.
    Ensure attendance records are sent daily for both self and technicians.
    Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure the timely submission of invoices and follow-up for payments.

  • Inventory Management:
    Ensure material receivables are properly organized in the storeroom.
    Dispense daily consumables to clinical staff and monitor patient-wise consumption.

  • Adherence to Policies:
    Ensure adherence to company’s time and attendance policy, code of conduct, and compliance standards.
    Foster a positive environment and team camaraderie while maintaining 100% accuracy in reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Any graduate.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in an administrative role with experience in healthcare. Experience in team handling is required.
