Job Overview

Accenture is hiring a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate to join its Life Sciences R&D vertical, contributing to pharmacovigilance and drug safety surveillance services. The role involves case processing, data entry, MedDRA coding, and compliance with global regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Affiliate Mailbox and perform reconciliation of reports as per SOPs.

  • Perform written follow-up attempts for serious and non-serious cases.

  • Carry out case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and submission.

  • Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in safety database per client and regulatory guidelines.

  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of pharmacovigilance services.

  • Contribute as an individual team member under moderate supervision.

  • Work in rotational shifts.


Qualifications

  • Required Degrees:

    • Bachelor of Pharmacy

    • Bachelor in Physiotherapy

    • BSc Nursing

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in pharmacovigilance or related domains.


Skills & Competencies

  • Team collaboration

  • Adaptability and flexibility

  • Quick learning ability

  • Familiarity with safety databases and MedDRA terminology is a plus
