About You

Education & Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Hospital Management/Administration, Healthcare Management/Administration, or Public Health

  • (Preferred) Undergraduate degree in a healthcare-related field

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in research/writing or market research

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • (Preferred) 1 year of experience in healthcare or revenue cycle

  • (Preferred) 3+ years of overall relevant work experience

Skills

  • Proficiency in English (grammar, spelling, and writing)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage time, multiple projects, and priorities with limited oversight

  • Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment

  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach

  • Curiosity for understanding complex questions and applying market research findings


What You Will Be Doing

Research

  • Conduct primary and secondary research on healthcare industry trends, regulatory requirements, and provider dynamics

  • Execute polling, surveys, and first-person interviews with hospital leaders and industry experts

  • Gather secondary sources (literature, reports, expert insights) to identify relevant themes and provide authoritative commentary

Analysis & Writing

  • Gather, review, and prioritize information for qualitative and quantitative analysis of U.S. hospitals and health systems

  • Interpret and synthesize research/data to determine implications for healthcare providers and patient experiences

  • Draft well-structured articles, reports, presentations, and written communications on industry shifts and regulatory changes

Client Support

  • Engage regularly with clients to understand their needs and deliver targeted information/solutions

  • Provide custom research support and keep clients informed on progress

  • Incorporate client feedback to enhance research products


About the Team

You will be part of the Healthcare Business Insights research team, supporting healthcare leaders at over 1,900 hospitals and healthcare systems. The team operates across the U.S. and India and is rapidly growing.


Work Schedule

  • Mode: Hybrid (Monday–Friday)

  • Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST
