Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager – Toxicology Business Development to drive preclinical service growth in India. The ideal candidate will combine strong business development experience with a deep understanding of toxicology services, preclinical CRO operations, and Indian pharmaceutical testing requirements. This role demands a results-driven, self-motivated professional with exceptional networking and client engagement skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and sales of Eurofins Advinus preclinical and toxicology services across the Indian pharmaceutical market.

  • Own and manage client accounts, fostering long-term relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals and revenue targets.

  • Provide pricing expertise for toxicology studies and ensure accurate service proposals.

  • Conduct frequent client meetings and presentations (minimum of 10 client visits per month).

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational readiness and delivery excellence for preclinical studies.

  • Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to the growth of the Indian market portfolio.

  • Leverage industry knowledge and networks to identify business opportunities, provide strategic insights, and support marketing initiatives.


Qualifications and Experience Required

  • MSc in Life Sciences or MBA with a strong focus on pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.

  • 5–15 years of experience in preclinical CRO business development or related sales roles.

  • Proven experience in toxicology services, preclinical study pricing, and Indian pharmaceutical market operations.

  • Strong knowledge of agreement execution, CRM tools, and client engagement strategies.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.

  • Extensive network within Indian pharmaceutical companies and strong client relationship management skills.
