Position Overview

Syneos Health, a global leader in integrated biopharmaceutical solutions, is seeking an experienced L&D Trainer to support internal capability-building across the organization. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that enhance employee performance, develop new competencies, and support organizational growth across multiple business functions.

As an L&D Trainer, you will deliver training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring that content is aligned with global standards, learning objectives, and strategic business priorities.


Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Deliver professional and functional training programs through seminars, lectures, workshops, virtual sessions, or team-based exercises.

  • Utilize effective facilitation techniques to deliver content to diverse, global audiences.

  • Apply strong understanding of cultural differences when delivering learning modules.

  • Ensure training sessions meet defined learning objectives and quality expectations.

Training Administration & Coordination

  • Develop training delivery schedules and cadence aligned with business needs.

  • Schedule sessions through the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Manage logistical arrangements including room booking, facilities setup, and participant coordination.

  • Maintain training rosters and ensure accurate credit assignment for participants through the LMS administrator.

Collaboration & Content Enhancement

  • Work with subject matter experts and guest presenters to support training delivery.

  • Provide constructive feedback to instructional designers and course owners for content improvement.

  • Create or adapt training materials that are clear, up-to-date, and suitable for global learners.

  • Collect feedback forms and evaluate training effectiveness at Level 1.

Stakeholder Support

  • Respond to participant inquiries and direct complex queries to appropriate teams.

  • Support ongoing capability-building initiatives across functional departments.

  • Ensure training materials and processes follow internal standards and regulatory compliance.


Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate training, Learning & Development, instructional delivery, or facilitation roles.

  • Strong expertise in virtual and in-person training delivery using modern learning technologies.

  • Familiarity with enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to adapt training for global, multi-cultural teams.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
